SaveSURGE.org Birthday Greetings Contest Kicks Off
As the calendar turned to 2004, we launched the SaveSURGE.org Birthday Greetings Contest. It’s a great way to celebrate our 2nd birthday on February 1, 2004 and more importantly a way to give thanks to all of you for allowing SaveSURGE.org to last this long!

The object of the contest is simple; we are looking for the SURGE fan who finds the most creative way to wish us a happy birthday! It can be a video, a song, a poem, a photo – just about anything (as long as it in electronic format and under 3.5mb in file size).

We will be accepting submissions via e-mail from 1/1/04 – 1/24/04. After that, SaveSURGE.org webmasters will select 5 finalists. SURGE fans will then be able to vote for their favorite birthday greeting on the site from 2/1/04 – 2/7/04 with the top 3 vote getters winning some great prizes from the SaveSURGE.org Store!

R.M.J Reports from Atlanta
He raps, he creates fantastic art and now he reports from the holy land of SURGE fans, Atlanta ! Our friend R.M.J. recently spent some time in Hotlanta and visited the World of Coke and Coca-Cola Headquarters.

He passed out SURGE fliers, he took the time to speak to some Coca-Cola employees and he was kind enough to share a report and lots of great photos with all of us.

Tell Subway to Feed the Rush
SaveSURGE.org is continuing to request that Subway Restaurants begin serving SURGE as part of their new agreement to serve Coca-Cola products in its more than 20,000 stores worldwide. We are asking each and every SURGE fan to contact Subway and let them know how much we would like to purchase our favorite soda from them.
