Tell Subway to Feed the Rush
SaveSURGE.org is continuing to request that Subway Restaurants begin serving SURGE as part of their new agreement to serve Coca-Cola products in its more than 20,000 stores worldwide. We are asking each and every SURGE fan to contact Subway and let them know how much we would like to purchase our favorite soda from them.
There are several ways SURGE fans can spread the word:
You can write to Subway via their website at:
http://www.subway.com/subwayroot/Applications/CustServ/frmCustomerService.aspx
Find your local Subway and let them know how much you want SURGE:

You can even call them, toll-free at: 1-800-888-4848
We can make a difference, but we need your help!
SURGE Uniform Shirt Auctions for $280!
A SURGE Uniform Shirt that was worn by a Coca-Cola employee during our favorite soda’s 1997 launch was auctioned off on eBay for a whopping $280 on Saturday, December 6. SURGE fans, the last time we saw a piece of SURGE memorabilia auction for a higher price than this, it was for an authentic SURGE Cab!
The bidding had started at a mere $5.99 on November 30 and within a week’s time became one of the highest priced SURGE items ever auctioned. During the final 24 hours of the auction, the price shot up more than $100.
While we don’t recommend that all SURGE fans get themselves into bidding wars and pay top dollar for memorabilia, we do feel that these spirited auctions can prove a point to Coca-Cola and its bottlers. If SURGE fans are so dedicated as to spend hundreds of dollars on a used shirt, what does that say about the demand for the beverage itself?
SURGE fans are speaking out with the hearts, minds and their wallets. I have a feeling that they are being heard.
