Top Secret Info: There Were Plans for a Diet SURGE!

It's a formerly classified (now public record) document that provides details of Coca-Cola's plans for SURGE back in 1997. It even mentions the possibility of a Diet SURGE, "after a long period when Surge drinkers become older". Hmmm, sounds a little like Vault Zero!

The document is now part of a lawsuit involving the Coca-Cola Ozarks bottling company.
