Max's SURGE Studio CD-ROM
The SURGE Studio CD-ROM has been one of the more popular items related to our favorite soda over the years. But Max has a more unique and rare version than most. Rather than just a regular CD sleeve, this one features a binder.  He tells us, "As you can see, the pages are die cut horizontally (sawtooth) so you can play with the images. The picture of the CD represents both (copy A is for yourself and B is for a friend). "
