SURGE Hockey Jersey
This rare jersey appears to have been a promotional item (or player practice jersey) for the Detriot Vipers of the now defunct International Hockey League. Although I'm not 100% sure, the snake logos featured throughout appear to be the Vipers. A special thanks to Jim M. for sending this in!
