Help Bring SURGE Back to
your Town
You may have already signed the online
petition which has made a very large national impact. However,
SaveSURGE.org now offers a way to also make an impact in your own
hometown! It's the SaveSURGE.org Local Petition — a great way
for SURGE fans like you to gather local support for the soda you
love. Just make sure to read our
rules first.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Find your local Coca-Cola Bottler
to whom you will submit your petition
Get the contact information for virutally
every Coca-Cola facility in the United States by using our Coca-Cola
Directory.
Or you may also find out
the name and address of your local bottler by clicking
here. This is a direct link to Coke's "Virtual Representative",
Hank. When you get to the Hank page, simply type in "Who is
my local bottler?" into the form and hit the "Talk"
button. You will then be asked to give your Country and Zip Code.
Once you submit your info, you will get your local bottler's contact
info.
Step 2: Download the SaveSURGE.org
Local Petition
The petition is available as a 10 page (plus an 11th page of petition
rules) pdf file (requires Free
Acrobat Reader). Each page has room for 30 signatures (300 signatures
in all).

Step 3: Get out there
and collect those signatures!
Collect as many authentic signatures as you can. Just make sure
to read our rules first.
Step 4: Submit your petition
to your local Coca-Cola bottler
Local Petition Rules:
- If you are a student and planning to collect
signatures at your school, please get permission before doing
so!
- Please make sure that all signatures are authentic.
Do not allow someone to sign the petition more than once, this
will hurt our chances of bringing SURGE back.
- If you are under 18 years of age, please get
your parents permission before you collect signatures.
- If you are under 18 years of age, DO NOT collect
signatures in an unfamiliar area by yourself (actually it's not
a good idea for people of any age to do this). Please have a parent
or guardian with you at all times.
- We recommend that you DO NOT solicit signatures
door to door. Please respect people's right to privacy.
