Dave has concocted a recipe that he says is very close to the original:

1/2 cup Vault
1/2 cup Jarritos Lemon Lime
Add just a little bit all natural 7-UP for fizz and PRESTO! You have the fully loaded citrus soda with carbos!!!!!

FYI - Jarritos is a Mexican soda you can get at most international markets.
