For the Love of SURGE

SURGE Was a Way of Life for Chris
Chris wrote in with some fond memories of the soda he loves:

To me SURGE is more than just a drink, I also represents a time period and a way of life. The other day me and my friend were talking about the 90's, which we determined was the best of all decades. I tried to think of the most "90's" thing that would just sum up the time, and then it hit me. SURGE. I had completely forgotten about the drink, so I hit the web to find out what happened. I found you guys and was saddened to hear that SURGE was currently off the market. Now I feel like I have to do my part to bring it back the best soda ever conceived.

My fondest memory of SURGE was back in elementary school when our class would take field trips to the Rolladium (roller skating rink) where I always found SURGE stocked in the vending machines. It tasted better than any other soda, and it was also the most dangerous. I would hear countless kids say that it killed brain cells (obviously ridiculous), I drank it anyway. Awesome. SURGE was perfect for the whole EXTREME vibe that was going on at the time. Everything had to be taken to the EXTREME back then, and SURGE was and is the most EXTREME soda ever.

Bottom line, Vault is pretty good, but it's no SURGE. We have to get the original high impact soda back, WITH THE ORIGINAL RED SLIME LABEL!

Great Memories, Chris!
